I use this product to fix metal plates to the roof edge. Each plate, made by a metalworker, weighs 15 kg, and I have 28 plates in total. I pre-install the Toolcraft double-threaded bolts in the wooden roof fascia board, and then I insert the metal plates, which are then bolted in place with M10 bolts.
