DELIVERY CONDITIONS

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER TO ENGLAND

 

Shipping is managed by GLS.

 

- The goods are delivered directly to your home or to the place of your choice and are hand-delivered against signature.

 

- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

 

- With a real-time tracking service: 

 

- In the event of non-delivery or absence of the recipient, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox and you receive an e-mail with a new delivery proposal. You can also opt for delivery to a parcel relay.

 

The shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport. For all orders over 75.00 euros (VAT included), delivery is free. We advise you to group your purchases in one order to optimise your shipping costs.



To guarantee a safe delivery, our packages are extra large and well protected.



RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Your items can be returned in two cases:

 

● The item does not correspond or no longer corresponds to your expectations: You exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

● The article is defective or does not correspond to your order: this is the guarantee of quality.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

To return an item that you do not wish to keep:

 

1. Put the product(s) back in the original box. If you no longer have the original packaging, pack the product with the utmost care.

 

2. 2. Write the word "cancellation" AND the reason for the return on the delivery note or invoice.

 

 3. Attach the delivery note or invoice to the package.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

 

Your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to prepare your order with the utmost care. However, it may happen that some items arrive in poor condition.

If the item

● is defective (e.g. the screw is damaged, the screw is corroded, etc.)

 

● or does not correspond to your order (for example, you ordered a "wood screw" and received a "concrete screw"),

 

 We invite you to contact us and describe the anomaly.

 

REFUND OF RETURNED ITEMS

 

● In all cases, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send an email to customer service at servicio.al.cliente@tornillos-express.es within 14 days to inform us of your wish (refund) before returning the product. You will be refunded the shipping costs incurred when ordering if the return is due to an error Screw-Express.com

● If it is covered by the quality guarantee (defective item or item that does not conform to the order), the amount refunded may include the return costs.

RETURN TIME AND PAYMENT METHODS

 

The price will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the goods by our service.

 

The refund can be made by any means of payment (e.g. bank transfer). We can also offer you a credit note or an exchange. However, the customer is always free to refuse the offer and request a refund.



DELAY IN DELIVERY

 

In case of a delay in the delivery of the package, please send a complaint to our customer service at customer.service@screw-express.com, we will immediately contact the transport company to request an investigation.

 

An investigation will be launched which may take up to 5 days.

 

If this time has elapsed and your order has still not been delivered, please contact our customer service team again at the email address provided. A refund request will then be made and processed as soon as possible.
