Application

• Fixing plasterboard to a metal frame for the construction of drywall partitions.
• Installation of plasterboard wall linings on metal rails.
• Installation of plasterboard ceilings on metal structures.
• Fixing to thin metal profiles thanks to the self-drilling tip, allowing installation without pre-drilling.
• Use with a screwdriver equipped with a Phillips PH2 bit for optimal transmission of tightening torque.
• Recommended metal profile thickness: up to approximately 2 mm.
• Recommended fixing center distance: approximately 30 cm between each screw for good plate support.
• Number of screws per standard plate (2.50 × 1.20 m): approximately 25 to 30 screws depending on the layout.
• The trumpet-shaped, milled head allows for proper flush mounting of the plate in the cardboard without tearing it.
• Suitable for plastering, partition, lining and interior fitting work carried out by plasterers and building professionals.
