II The price difference between sample parts and series parts is therefore linked:
1. About the amount of material needed. Example for steel (at 1 euro per kg): 100 pieces = 0.2 kg = 0.20 euro material and 100,000 pieces = 200 kg = 200 euro material.
2. At the time of production on an automatic embossing machine. Example (at 10 euros per machine hour): 100 coins = 1 minute = 0 euros and 100,000 coins = 16 hours = 160 euros.
In summary, whether you make 1 piece or 100,000 pieces, the work is the same and the price difference in our example is around 360 euros. For this reason, we cannot offer the samples because the cost is too high compared to the series. Consequently, Visserie-Service must agree with the customer on the price of the samples per piece.
Progress of the rehearsal phase

Screw-express reserves the right to send production samples to its customers, even if no sampling phase is planned. These samples are not charged to the customer. This is to check that everything is fine, for the good of all. These samples can be raw or galvanized and shipped before final packaging.
