I'm a mechanic, and when I have to remove the wooden trim from my customers' vans (to replace a lock, for example), it takes a very long time because there are 50 rivets to drill per panel. I'm going to replace these rivets with sheet metal screws. Since the hole is 5mm in diameter, 6.3mm screws should be suitable.
